Student Testimonials

“I had the pleasure of taking Cher’s comprehensive teacher training program this past year.  As a longstanding client of Cher and her studio, I’d always wanted to deepen my practice. With Cher’s encouragement and support to push beyond my comfort zone, I opted to get certified.  I chose Cher’s program not only because of her experience but also her enthusiasm for Pilates and its classical origins. She brings a contagious warmth and openness to her instruction and is able to adapt her teaching to different learning styles and levels of experience.  She’s supportive and available which is critical when undertaking such a certification. Cher also incorporates more than just the mechanics and works with you to develop the voice and confidence you need to be an effective instructor. I’d highly recommend her program to anyone, particularly given the benefits that come with having access to her experience and expertise.”
